Our two cottages are near the water and about 100 yards from the main house where we serve breakfast. These are totally separate units with their own private entrance. Each has its own parking space. Though identical in size, each has a character of its own.

Payments
To secure a reservation, a deposit of one night's lodging is due at the time you make your reservation and must be held with a valid credit card number. The balance is due at check-in. If the reservation is made less than 14 days prior to arrival, full payment is due at the time you make the reservation.
Returned Check Policy
In the unlikely event that your check is returned for insufficient or held funds, we will debit your checking account electronically for the face amount of the check PLUS $30.00. This policy allows us to resolve the problem without reporting you to a credit bureau and harming your credit rating. The transaction will appear on your bank statement, and no one will have contact with you about payment.
*Based on single or double occupancy. If you require accommodation for a third person, then you must book a second cottage, if available.
** Military ID must be shown at check-in to receive this discount. Discount good for room only and is not applicable toward special packages. Discount is available when reserving one or both cottages. National Guard, Coast Guard and Reserves welcome.
