The old Edom Firehouse has been transformed into a new Singer/Songwriter Concert Venue for Original Acoustic Folk Music. The Old Firehouse is the newest contribution to Edom's unique mix of art galleries, studios, shops, and restaurants.

The small, intimate, smoke-free and alcohol-free "Coffeehouse" music room is host to singer/songwriters from all over the country who stop in Edom to entertain with their original music. With concerts approximately once each month. Coffee and desserts are available before and during the concerts.

Athens Scuba Park

Since 1987, Athens Scuba Park has always been a safe and relaxing location for divers to spend a day or a weekend away from the city.

The spring-fed warm waters boast an average visibility of 35 feet that can peak at 70 feet. The lake’s depth is from 20 to 35 feet with the park facilities designed for maximum safety and enjoyment for divers. There are 12 docks along the torch-lined shore and shaded pavilions for sun and rain protection, bath house and camping areas for all size groups.

We have a wide range of 30+ wrecks to explore. Dive the first Greyhound bus that country singer Ray Price toured in, to the Take Two, a triple-deck houseboat.
